We came here for our mini moon and truly loved every second! We adore Scotland and this is a beautiful little spot with gorgeous views and everything you could need tucked up in a cute cabin. Our hosts forgot nothing – there was salt, pepper, cooking oil, marshmallows, a welcome pack with homemade honey, bubbles for the bath! We’ve been to so many cabins that have the bare minimum but this had everything and more. We rented paddle boards as recommended and had the most amazing day on a nearby loch. We can’t wait to hopefully come back soon!

Absolutely magical! The lodge was the most beautiful place and the views were just spectacular! Had everything we needed for our stay including butter, milk etc and the outdoor bath just added that something special you don’t find anywhere else. There’s nothing better than taking a bath with a glass of wine or having a bbq while watching the sunset! Inside there’s a wood burner so it doesn’t matter whether it’s summer or winter it’s the perfect place to be. On top of that the owners are so lovely and are there in an instant if you need anything.
I have nothing bad to say and I’ll definitely be back again! Thank you so much

Wow – thank you for the most idyllic few days. You’ve created an incredibly beautiful, peaceful and special stay, and it was exactly what we both needed. Nothing will beat those views, calmness and relaxing feel, particularly from that most unbelievable bath!!

Everything has clearly had a meticulous amount of planning and thought go into it, and none of it went unnoticed. From the fantastic selection of games, to the books and recommendations on the website (Tentsmuir Forest was one of our favourites!), to the quality of everything included within the cabin.

GEORGEOUS, COMFORTABLE AND RELAXING!

Together with our furry friend, we had the best time staying in the Fairlight cabin at Lawton Links between the 20th and 22nd of June. The place is gorgeous and has won a special place in my heart. I loved the furniture, soft furnishings, and decorations…and stole a few ideas for our new home.It took me forever to find a place to celebrate my birthday, but when I came across Lawton Links, I didn’t hesitate and booked it within 5 minutes. It was the best choice; the only downside was that our stay was too short, and we didn’t want to leave.We will be back. Thank you to our wonderful hosts Wheeze and Hendy!

This is a beautiful hidden gem! You can see so much thought and attention has been put into all the little details to make a magical stay. The cabin is very cosy, well equipped and finished to a really high standard. The outdoor bath is incredible! Our biggest regret is we didn’t book longer as we were sad to leave.

I came here for a solo retreat and left feeling deeply nourished—mind, body, and soul. The hosts have created something truly special. You can feel the love and intention in every detail, from the cozy blankets to the basket overflowing with thoughtfully chosen food. There was wood stacked and ready for the fire, games and puzzles to keep me company in the quiet evenings, and a sense of warmth that you just can’t buy. They’ve thought of everything, and then added more. For a new place, the effort and care they’ve poured into it is incredibly touching. It felt like staying in a space held by genuinely lovely people—people who want you to feel at home, at peace, and looked after. I can’t recommend this cabin enough if you want to enjoy the kind of thoughtful hospitality that stays with you long after you leave.

We chose this place for a relaxing escape and it did not disappoint! The cabin is beautiful, every detail, but the outdoor space was my favourite, overlooking fields to the river isla, fairylights in the trees, an amazing firepit and cute deck chairs. Let’s not forget the bath! I had 2! What an experience, I will never forget. Left feeling recharged. Would highly recommend.
