Open on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Serving the needs of uninsured, low-income individuals with income below 250% of the Federal poverty level for their household. Two persons cannot have an income above $34,000.

Must provide proof of household income and picture identification for all persons seeking care. If you do not bring proof of income to your appointment, you will only be seen once until you bring proof.

Appointments are given beginning at 12:00 noon on the day of the clinic on a first-come first-serve basis until all appointments are given. There are limited number of appointments on each clinic evening.

Be prepared to arrive by 11:00 A.M. and wait in the hot sun for several hours; standing or sitting on the curb. Appointments are for the evening beginning at 6 P.M. You will have to wait another few hours, but seats are available in the waiting room.

APPOINTMENTS ARE NOT SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. If all appointments are taken you can put your name on a waiting list, but you must have a telephone where you can be reached after 6 P.M. Please do not wait in the patient area because of limited space.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE NARCOTIC MEDICATIONS IN OUR PHARMACY AND DO NOT WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR NARCOTIC MEDS.

We do not tolerate abusive language or behavior towards clinic staff or patients. You will be asked to leave the building and will not be seen in the clinic as a patient if you are disruptive to the operations of the clinic.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CARE for pregnant patients or children under 18 years old. These patients can receive care through SOONERCARE program of Oklahoma. You can apply for this program at DHS.

WE DO NOT do PAP smears, provide birth control pills, or treat sexually transmitted diseases in this clinic. Services for these conditions are available at the county Health Department.
